How to Use Medicube AGE-R Booster Pro Mini:

• Apply a generous layer of serum or moisturizer to your face, and then hold the power button for about 2 seconds to turn the device on.
• Press the power button quickly to toggle between red and blue LED modes and select the one you want.
• Briefly press the power button again to choose your intensity level. Start low at level 1 and slowly work your way up to level 5 as your skin gets used to it.
• Place the device head on your skin and roll in gentle, small circular motions. Move from the center of your face outward. Keep going for 5-10 minutes, or until your skin care product is fully absorbed.
• Use the medicube Booster Pro Mini up to three times a day for that extra glow boost.

Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty Duration:

The Medicube AGE-R Booster Pro Pink Edition is covered by a one-year warranty, starting from the date of shipped.

What’s Covered Under Warranty:

During the warranty period, Medicube will provide repair or replacement if the device experiences issues caused by manufacturing defects or internal malfunctions under normal, intended use. These issues must not be related to user mishandling.

What’s Not Covered:

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper storage (including drops or impact).
• Any modification, disassembly, or tampering with the device that affects functionality.
• Use of the product in ways not guided in the user manual.
• Repairs or servicing carried out by unauthorized third-party.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

• Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or invoice.
• Visual Evidence: Clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
• Issue Description: A brief explanation of the problem you are experiencing.

Return & Replacement Guidelines

Eligible Returns:

Products found to be defective due to non-human factors may be returned for inspection and evaluation.

Ineligible Returns:

Returns will not be accepted if the product:

• Has been opened or used.
• Shows damage caused by user error or improper handling.

Important Information

• Warranty service is unavailable once the one-year warranty period has expired.

• All warranty claims are subject to Medicube’s Terms of Use and Approval of Return and replacement is done by Medicube Brand, Koreanshop only helps in claim warranty.
