40* km from our store location and next day delivery
More than 40 km
B) 2-9 business days for shipment, depending on the distance from our store.
C) 9-12 Business days for some Rular Area.

NOTE: KOREANSHOP.CA is not accounted for the parcels being lost in the following situations.

3. Parcel is stolen after delivery.
4. Failure to show up at the agreed pickup location
5. Failure to retrieve the parcel in due time
6. Failure to cope with the courier’s inquiry for an investigation into the missing parcels
7. Failure to contact Koreanshop.ca or the courier in due course after the parcel is found missing
If the parcels are unable to be delivered and returned to KOREANSHOP due to the above circumstances, and a re-delivery is requested, customers shall be accounted for additional shipping fees.
