I have been using vitamin A products for over one and a half years now and this is my first ever retinal product (more potent than retinol so you would expect a more obvious initial purging). My face is quite used to retinol which is more mild and I did have a longer purging phase with this. But overall no serious irritation and I’ve been using it everyday ever since.

I plan to keep this retinol in my routine. It requires some care, especially for beginners, but if you have sensitive skin that’s already used to retinol, it’s a great option. After three months, I’ve noticed a smoother texture. The only side effect for me is a bit of dryness, but I know that’s how my skin reacts, so I proceed carefully, hydrate well, and never push it too far.
I haven’t used it long enough to see a huge differences, but this is a great cream, and super easy to apply because of the fine tip, it’s easy to apply a small amount exactly where it’s needed
Used with the Celimax Vita-A Retinol Shot this tightening booster is perfect to help improve the texture and appearance of the skin. It’s a little yellowish but it melts into your skin and doesn’t feel tacky. Love it!
The packaging turned out to be bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise! The ingredients seem super promising, and I’ve only applied it once so far, but no irritation—yay! fyi retinal and retinol products shouldn’t be used if you’re pregnant or nursing. If that’s the case, I’d recommend trying bakuchiol instead. Can’t wait to see the results with regular use!

I repurchased this product again because it is effective and affordable. My skin is very dry and sensitive and I felt some irritation near my eye area the second day but the irritation quickly subsided and I used it again after that.
