his is my first clansing balm. I have used a oil but it doesn’t matter which oil i use the don’t take of my waterproof maskara but this balm is perfect . I take everything of and after use my face is not dry ore rought. It leave a clean finish. The packaging is a big plus. It is not messy at all. when I finish it , will buy again.
I usually use waaaay too much cleansing balm so I got this to help me figure out what more appropriate amounts are. Generally I hate using spatulas too and this is way more hygienic!

So far, so good. I tried this once – before my current makeup remover runs out – to know whether I need to order the same thing or am I good to go with this one.
Wow this worked better than I expected. It melted all the makeup and sunscreen off and it rinsed clean. I think i used a little too much (i was a little excited and kept turning it). A little goes a long way. Definitely would but this again.
Great product but a little heavy
Love this product. Purchased several times. Especially like that you don’t have to scoop or dig your fingers into the container for the product. BUT for the size of the container, it does not contain a lot of product.
This product is amazing and I absolutely love the concept of the twist up but I used it all up really fast. Felt like it was very small amount of product in the jar. Would maybe purchase for traveling but not for my everyday routine at home.

I have very sensitive skin, and have historically had very VERY dry skin. I recently started a new medication that has taken my skin from dry to oily, but still sensitive. This cleansing balm has been perfect for my skin through this transition. It is totally fragrance free, and does not have any of the odd chemical smell that unfragranced products sometimes have. It feels divine on my skin, and is super easy to get exactly the right amount every time with the “grinding” feature. Super happy with this product!

The dispenser is hygienic on this item but it’s still a little messy. The balm melts nicely but it’s still not my favorite cleansin balm. I purchased this mostly to see how the dispenser works. I do not think i will repurchase. I like the Banila clean it zero better
I dislike cleansing oils, because it always drips onto my clothes or I make a mess. I love this balm. As soon as you massage it into your face, it removes makeup fairly quickly, even my waterproof eye makeup. It doesn’t irritate the eyes, and I like how it doesn’t strip the natural oils in my face. I’ve already purchased it twice, I love it !
