I’ve tried many different cream toners. As I do have more dry skin, I’m always looking for ways to help plump and hydrate my skin..
I’m very pleased with this toner and I will re-purchase it. I have a few other Korean toners on the go and this seems to be the one I reach for primarily. I do like to layer the toner, especially in the morning to help hydrate my skin, but this one always seems to be in rotation at the moment.
