It is formulated with Korean deep-sea water, which contains 72 minerals and has exfoliating and anti-aging properties. It is collected through a patented mineral water manufacturing technology using membrane filters. This toner is also excellent at controlling excess sebum and exfoliating dead skin cells/ impurities.
