[...]I truly can’t begin to explain how much I love this toner. I have been a Skin 1004 fan for a while but so far, this is one of my favorite products. I started using the probio-cica essence toner because I out of nowhere got little bumps on my cheeks that I think is rosecea. After having perfect skin my whole life, I am devastated. So I bought this whole main cica line-this essence/toner, the ampoule and the cream. I can only describe this toner as the most elegant formula I have ever used. Centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid, ceramides that help the moisture barrier and helps soothe and calm the skin. It is a little thicker than most toners and I love the way it feels as I massage it into my skin. I actually use it as an essence and I use a separate toner first. It feels hydrating and makes my skin so soft and it doesn’t agitate my skin at all, the way so much has been since the bumps started. This isn’t a formula you would put on a cotton round. My bumps have receded into my skin at least 80 percent since I started using this. This is the best essence/toner I have ever used. This review is only for the toner! I have different opinions on each item. But I definitely cannot recommend this enough for anyone with troubled skin. As far as I know anyone but oily skinned people can use it.
