Although I’m not sure if it fully removes sebaceous filaments, after cleansing, my sebaceous filaments do seem less apparent. Overall a great cleanser for sensitive skin and when your skin barrier is weak since I had no reactions, just simply avoid from getting in your eyes to avoid a oil filter for mere seconds as any other beauty balm or oil cleanser.
